Clarissa Antrillo is our Front Desk (reception) and Chronic Care Management (CCM) manager. She is a highly skilled and detail-oriented Healthcare Front Desk Manager with over ten years of experience in managing patient services and administrative functions within the clinic setting. Throughout her career, Clarissa has been instrumental in creating efficient workflows, ensuring a positive patient experience, and maintaining seamless operations in fast-paced environments such as private practices, clinics, and medical offices.
With a proven track record in managing front office operations, she excels at supervising front desk staff, scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed with precision and professionalism. Known for her exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, Clarissa plays a key role in maintaining high standards of patient satisfaction, confidentiality, and care.
In addition to overseeing day-to-day front desk functions, she works closely with clinical teams, insurance companies, and management to ensure that all patient-related processes, from check-in to check-out are efficient and accurate. She is dedicated to fostering a welcoming, empathetic atmosphere that makes patients feel comfortable and valued from the moment they walk in.
Clarissa holds a certificate in customer service training and HIPPA compliance, and is committed to continuous improvement through ongoing professional development. As a part of her commitment to enhancing the healthcare experience, she constantly seeks new ways to streamline office operations, reduce wait times, and improve patient communication.
Clarissa is committed to improving the quality of life for individuals living with chronic illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension, and COPD, by providing personalized care coordination and support. Clarissa is committed to reducing hospital admissions and ER visits by monitoring patient progress through regular follow-up phone calls to ensure that patients are adhering to their care plans and preventing complications. In this role she takes pride in serving as a patient advocate further bonding their relationships with their specialists and Primary Care Providers.
Outside of her professional life, she enjoys camping, spending time with family, watching movies, and taking random road trips with her husband and two kids.
